Shipping Overview

We offer shipping to the US, Canada and most countries worlwide. We use USPS to ship your package domestically and UPS internationally. Our domestic expedited service is provided by USPS. For more information about our shipping carriers or questions, please email contact@trubty.com

Please note we ship Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship over the weekend.

Trubty offers FREE USPS Shipping on all US orders over $50*. No promotion code is required to receive free shipping on all $50+ US purchases.

Order Tracking

When you place an order with Trubty, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You can track your order by visiting Order Tracking page. If you have questions about your order please email at contact@trubty.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email. 

Canceling an Order

When an order is placed on Trubty.com we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure promt delivery. We're unable to cancel or charge an order once it's submitted. 

Out-of-Stock Items & Back Orders

Shuld an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

14-Days Money Back Guarantee for US Orders*

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will promptly issue a refund to your credit or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one if returned within 14 days. Please see our return policy for details on how to process.


Please Note: We can only accept Trubty products directly purchased through Trubty.com. We cannot accept products purchased from a third-party retailer.

Returns/Exchanges - Trubty

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

By purchasing product on this website, you agree to our refund and return policy. Because our products are cosmetic in nature, and because customer safety is our top priority, we do not accept refunds for products that have been opened from their original packaging.

If your product arrives damaged or defective.

Email us at support@trubty.com to set up an exchange. In order to recieve an exchange, you must send us a photo (or video if required) of the product and the associated damge.

For general returns of unopened products.

Return ticket must be opened within 14-days of delivery – note that refund/exchange requests made after this time period will not be accepted. To return an item, you must ship the product back to us in its original, unopened packaging without any damage or tempering. The customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping back to us. All returns of unopened products will be subject to 25% restocking fee, deducted from the total refund owed.

Here is how a return is done:

Email support@trubty.com with your return request with the following information:

  • Contact information (name, phone number, email address)
  • Order Number
  • Item Purchased
  • Reason for Return

Once you receive authorization to return the product ship it back to us using the Return Back Shipping Label attached in Return Request email confirmation. Attached your original receipt and a note stating the reason for the return.  

Once we recieve your return we will process it and refund the cost of the product, or products to your original method of payment (please note shipping fees, duties, taxes and/or customer fees are non-refundable).

FOR RETURNS OF ITEMS PURCHASED BY OTHER RETAILERS:

If you wish to return an item purchased from another than our website, you must contact the specific retailer where your order was made for return/exchange/refunds.

We will notify you via email once your refund/exchange has been processed.

Please note that returning products will not automatically cancel your auto-replenishment subscriptions. To cancel, change shipment frequencies, or to make any other changes to your auto-replenishment subscription, please sign in to your Trubty customer account on our website.

Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles. If your credit card has expired prior to your return request, we may offer a Trubty credit instead.
